Design Custom Workflows Using Plug and Play

We have predefined different analytical methods as a component on Data Studio that could be used to create a custom workflow (provided that the input data is in a format accepted by the component).

Bring Your Exclusive Component to the Workflow

The components used in custom workflow creation extends to allow any method that you might have to be added as a component. We have defined an easy way for any team to be able to add their method of analysis or visualization as a component on Data Studio. This enables bioinformaticians and data scientists to make any analysis available to biologists in their teams over an enhanced and easy to use interface with minimal effort.

Further, we allow teams to create and save these custom workflows designed and share it with all collaborators on Polly.

One-click from Analysis to Editable Report

The analysis within Data Studio gives a user the flexibility to create an editable dashboard. Every output created within each component on Data Studio can be saved over these editable dashboards that can be customized and collaborated over.

Data Studio is supported with logs to help each component with execution details like input, output, and parameters used. It further has docker logs to support component developers to support their development processes.
